Free Physicals

Shiland Family Medicine will be providing free physicals to our 6^th and 7^th grade students on Thursday, May 15^th from 5:00-7:30p.m.  Students in 6^th and 7^th grade will receive the required paperwork and their deadline to turn it back in is Thursday, May 8th.
